What’s inside?

The theme of our recent All Hands meeting was that of “Think Progress”. Since that time this concept has been influencing my Cultures and Values team perspective. I encourage each of you to take a moment and think back on all the progress we have made as a RFRM team throughout 2014. For starters, we saw many new faces (7 to be exact!) join our team this year, which has enhanced our team’s culture. We survived Blizzard 2014, hosted our first Career Panel, received C&V RFRM Times editions 2 & 3, held Fireside Chats, had 1:1’s with Anthony and announced the nominees for the RFRM Peer 2 Peer award. To quickly summarize 2014; we grew as a team in terms of headcount, our culture and our accomplishments. Read on for Anthony’s reflections on 2014 and his insights as we prepare for bigger and better things in 2015.
