Healthy: Spring/Summer 2026

NON-RESIDENT REGISTRATION Non-resident registration begins at 8 a.m. Wednesday, March 11. Non-residents and Dublin City Schools district residents are eligible to register for priority and weekly registration camps. Please note: If a camp reaches its capacity during an earlier registration period, no additional seats will be available during the non-resident registration. *There is no camp for any of our summer camps on Friday, June 19 and Friday, July 3.* CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY We understand your summer plans can change. The City of Dublin makes firm financial commitments to camp staff, field trips and program supplies for all our camps. Outside of priority registration, all camps canceled before May 15 are refunded in full minus a $50, non-refundable fee per week per child. Cancellations made after May 15 do not receive a refund. This policy applies to all camps, including both day camps and specialty camps. Transfer requests must be made by May 15 to be accepted. Camp Priority Registration remains the same: ‘By choosing priority registration for the 8-week camp season, you are not eligible for any refunds, credits or transfers.’ Online Health Care Form System: CampSite Participants enrolled in any Preschool, Youth or Teen Camp must have a current (2026) online Health Care Form completed NO LATER THAN Thursday, April 30 at 5 p.m. to attend camp. These forms provide essential information to ensure the safety and well-being of every camper. New Families: An online CampSite account will be set up for you in the weeks after you have registered for one of our camps. Parents are emailed directions and supporting documents for completing the forms from services@mail.campsite-mail.com. Returning Families: Please log in to your CampSite account and review/update your child’s health care form. It is mandatory to reflect a 2026 completion date on your forms. Accommodation Requests The City of Dublin’s Division of Recreation Services is committed to providing inclusive, welcoming camp experiences for children of all abilities. All campers are expected to follow the behavior expectations outlined in our Camp Parent Handbook to help create a safe, positive, and respectful experience for everyone. We encourage families of campers with support needs, including, but not limited to autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, sensory challenges, emotional or behavioral disorders, developmental disabilities, and physical disabilities, to contact us before registering to discuss which camp setting may be the best fit. To begin the accommodation process, please contact Brittney Hanks, Adaptive Recreation Coordinator, at bhanks@dublin.oh.us. Together, we’ll have an open and thoughtful conversation about how we can best support your child’s needs at camp. When applicable, this may include accommodations based on an IEP, 504 Plan or Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP). To ensure the right support is in place, all plans must be finalized before the start of camp. While every effort is made to promote inclusion, we also understand that camp environments vary, and some may not be the right fit for every child.
