promote overall well-being. The vibrations from the sounds help to relax the nervous system, easing tension and stress. The meditative state achieved can improve mental clarity and concentration. It’s a wonderful way to unwind, allowing your mind and body to rest deeply. The sound waves work on a vibrational level to align and balance your body’s energy. To make yourself comfortable, feel free to bring along a mat, blanket or any props that help you settle in. You can choose to sit or lie down — whatever feels best for you. If you prefer a chair due to any physical needs, one can be provided for you. Kids 12 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult.
