These commercial females are from Diversified Farms, a 200-cow Red Angus operation that has been buying bulls exclusively from Larson's Full Deck Genetics and Damar Farms for the last 15 years. Diversified Farms feeds and finishes all of its steers, as well as the heifers not retained as replacements. The first cut of the 2024-born calves weighed 1520 pounds at finish in only 14 months. Upon completion of the feeding period for all 84 steers, the overall feed conversion ratio was 5.76 pounds of feed per pound of gain. Commercial lots will sell as choice and privilege. Winning bidder will have the option to take one or all lots remaining in each group.
