OUR GLOBAL EXPANSION Since 2019, The Management Recruitment Group has experienced rapid international growth. Our thriving global expansion can be attributed to the MRG teams listening closely and working collaboratively with our local customers in these new regions while maintaining our unique and effective approach to recruitment.
In February 2023, MRG’s Central and Eastern hub was opened by Izabela Kawczynski in Poland.
MRG in South Africa is set to be launched by Amy Hulley in March 2024.
In 2021, we established a team dedicated to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s PIF giga-projects
MRG Consult delivered its first training session in September 2023.
In 2019 Olly Piltz opened the first international office in Asia.
Our group headcount grew by 40% in 2022, an accomplishment in economically unsettled times. We believe this is because we offer something different to our candidates, clients and internal employees.
