ABOUT AWARDS
All company, office, sales associate, and team designations are awarded on an annual basis and must be earned each year to retain award status. Awards for office, team, and sales associate are awarded one award level based on their highest level of Adjusted Gross Commissions (AGC) or total Award Units.
OTHER RULES:
Award credit cannot be "gifted". All award credit must be closed out under the agents name receiving the award and agent must have received a commission from the transaction. Closed and paid sides that produce $500 or more in commissions are granted one Award Unit. Closed and paid sides that produce $250-$499.99 in commissions are granted one- half (1/2) an Award Unit. Under $249.99 commissions only count AGC and do not count towards Award Unit. Residential/Commercial Other Income transactions only count towards AGC production, no Award Unit. Vacant Land and Commercial transactions are not eligible for RealSatisfied surveys. Award totals count all AGC including transaction fees. Merged Century 21 office award credit will transfer and apply. Same applies to Century 21 agents moving to different Century 21 franchises. To count towards designated year awards, transactions must be closed out by second business day in January.
PRIOR PRODUCTION
Agent or Team prior production may be included in award totals for award designation purposes only (not for ranking), provided approvals are achieved within 60 days of sales associate activation date, or January 3rd, 2024, whichever comes first. Offices cannot include the production earned by an agent prior to joining their office or company in office or company production totals.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO INPUT PRIOR PRODUCTION?
To submit Agent or Team prior production, we need a list of all transactions closed January 1st of corresponding year through the date of transfer, or through last transaction closed with prior company. This list needs to include the following in order to enter prior production: Month Closed, Year, Volume (sold price), Adjusted Gross Commission Earned, Side, Address
INDIVIDUAL AGENT AWARDS
Individual agent awards can be achieved through the Masters Award Program, or through local Broker Councils. Broker Councils may have awards in addition to those provided through Century 21 Masters Awards Program. See your Awards Committee and or Broker Council for additional award criteria.

TEAM AWARDS WHAT IS A TEAM?
A team consists of anyone assisted by one or more people doing non-clerical, real estate-based job functions. These functions include but are not limited to soliciting or participating in the completion of buyer or seller agreements, negotiating contracts, making cold calls, showing property, or performing any other non-clerical real estate-related tasks.

Rules:
All members of a team must report through the same office. Team members may not compete as individual producers. All production for each team member will remain with the team for entire award year. Production attributed to a team member who leaves the office will remain with the team. All team receive one award, no individual awards.
A team will be recognized only in its category at its highest level of production. CENTURION team members will be eligible to attend Century 21 Top Agent Retreat if the individual production is greater than or equal to $140,000 AGC or 29 Award Units. You may not advertise as a team on any websites or other marketing materials unless you are registered as a team in DASH.
HOW DO I REGISTER A TEAM? If a group qualifies as a team, it is required to register as a team in DASH. With office team leader, team captain and team members will fill out required paperwork and submit to the partnership channel in Microsoft Teams.
Team enrollment period opens on February 1st and closes June 30th of every year.

Office totals will be displayed on the Awards Eligibility Report at the top of Page 2.
THE AWARDS COMMITTEE OUR TEAM IS COMPRISED OF LEADERSHIP, ADMINISTRATION, ACCOUNTING, AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE The awards committee was initiated to make the awards process smoother and more efficient. Along with implementing new strategies on reviewing awards, the awards committee will pull reports from Century 21 and make final decisions on changes and final lineup of award winners.

HOW TO CALCULATE AWARDS
DASH & DARWIN CLOUD REPORTS Reviewing awards requires an eye on two separate data points. DASH Reports - Century 21 award rankings and commission data 1. Darwin Cloud Reports - Century 21 Affiliated commission data 2. By comparing these two reports you can get a full picture of what has been closed and processed through Affiliated and what was reported to Century 21. If you find any discrepancies please report to Awards@C21affiliated.com. These award reports will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, Q1, Q2, Q3. Then on a monthly basis in Q4. This will occur annually. They will be uploaded to the Affiliated Awards Team Channel and separated by office. Reports to compare: Darwin Cloud: Closed Transactions w/filters 891 - under closing reports DASH reports: Producer Summary - includes prior production and merged production, AGC & Unit totals Awards Eligibility Report - line item transactions Team Awards Eligibility - line item transactions for teams Tip: DASH reports will combine commission and transaction Fees, Transaction Plan separate these totals, add them together to compare. Send to agents to compare these totals to their personal records. In December ask agent to calculate how many closings they anticipate closing by the end of the year to anticipate award level.

80% minimum percentage required of all transactions successfully sent a survey (closed January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2025) 50% minimum percentage required of surveys returned (measured January 1, 2024 - January 3, 2025) 90% minimum Overall Awards Score, weighted 40% Performance, 40% Satisfactions, 20% Recommendation (measured January 1, 2024-January 2, 2025)
