The Commons at Stonebrook Village
The Commons at Stonebrook Village is a 55+ residential community located in McCandless Township, just north of Pittsburgh. The Commons offers 31 residential apartments that are surrounded by 50 acres of trees and streams. The park-like setting of Stonebrook Village is only minutes from Interstate 79 and 279, Route 19 and McKnight Road. Our floor plans include elevator accessible studio as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. Most apartments have private balconies or patios. A chef prepared evening meal is served in an attractive dining room, while furnished lounges provide a place to visit with friends or relax. There are no buy-in fees or long term leases at the Commons. Touring is the best way to determine if our community would be a good fit for your lifestyle.
