Industrial acquisition strengthens Central PA portfolio PCCP acquires fully leased Ritner Logistics Ctr., Newville

ALTOONA & STATE COLLEGE, PA — NAI CIR recently facilitated two major transactions in Central PA, in - cluding the acquisition of Nit- tany Pointe near Penn State Altoona and the sale of a prime 15.7-acre parcel in State Col - lege for the University Park Townes development. Nittany Pointe, a student housing community adjacent to the Penn State Altoona campus, has been acquired by Elevate Altoona LLC. Situated on 30.5 acres, the property comprises 156 units totaling 624 beds across 13 residential buildings, along with an on- site clubhouse and amenities. The property is located less than one mile from the Penn State Altoona campus. Altoona’s accessibility, re- gional employment base, and established student popula- tion contribute to the area’s appeal for long-term student housing investment. Nik Sgagias, president, and managing partner of NAI CIR represented the seller in the transaction. Meanwhile, in State College, another key transaction high- lights the continued growth of student- and mixed-use hous- ing in the region.
