This location is expected to open in the third quarter of 2026, and marks Sadeghi’s second café in Virginia with one already in operation at Seminary Plaza in Alexandria. Hours of operation at Paris Baguette’s National Landing café will be 6am-10pm. “Our neighborhood café is meant to serve as the heart of the community,” added Sa- deghi. “We are excited for our National Landing expansion and look forward to creating an inviting space where neigh- bors can connect over carefully curated menu of delicious food and beverages.” Located at 2050 South Bell St. in Arlington, VA, Valen’s multifamily tower includes 355 rental apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts. The 25-story sleek glass tower boasts an impres- sive collection of amenities, in- cluding a stunning rooftop pool and lounge with unobstructed views, a state-of-the-art fit- ness center, 24-hour concierge service, spacious co-working facilities, community gather- ing spaces, and a premium pet spa with grooming station. In- garage bike parking and elec- tric vehicle charging stations are also available to residents. Paris Baguette joins a bur - geoning list of retailers at JBG SMITH’s National Land- ing multifamily properties including, Bar Chinois, Tiki Thai, Toastique, NailSaloon, Colada Shop, Flight Wine Shop, PLNTR, Van Leeuwen, Bar Colline, DryBar, Good - Vets, Tatte Bakery and Twins Ace Hardware.
