Thanks for taking the time to download my 5 Steps to access positive emotions! The quality of your emotions = The quality of your life! I have put this together to help you save you time and spare you energy that is often wasted with the overwhelm of negative emotions. The following are some simple and effective tools that I give to my clients to help put them in a better emotional state so that they can live a better quality of life. At a glance they may appear too simple, and are often dismissed until they are put well into practice and used all together. You will not only feel better, but you will function better, and the ripple effect will touch everyone around you in a beautiful and positive way.

STEP 1 - FOCUS If you focus on how uncertain the world is ... you will see uncertainty everywhere. If you focus on what to be angry at ... you will see there’s a world of hate and anger out there. There is always a way to find what is wrong in the world, but there is always a way to find what is good.
Fear & Anger cannot live where there is gratitude. So focus on what you have to be grateful today.
Whatever you focus on you will begin to believe, and it becomes a reality. Choose gratitude, love, kindness & giving.
STEP 2 - PHYSIOLOGY What does your posture look like?
... OPEN YOUR HEART How are you breathing?
... DEEP BREATHES FOR OXYGENATION Are you smiling or are you frowning? ... SMILE! How long ago did you exercise? ... MOVE YOUR BODY! Is your face looking down or up? ... LOOK UP TO EXPAND NEW POSSIBILITIES!
Emotion is created by MOTION! If you are angry, your body shows up in a tensed state. If you are anxious, your body feels helpless. If you are happy, your body feels open, loving and embracing. The more powerful the moves your body can make through posture, exercise and breath the more internal certainty you will create in the uncertain world we all live in.

STEP 3 - WORDS Create reasons over excuses! Listen to how many times you say: “I CAN’T do that” “I am NOT GOOD ENOUGH”
“I could NEVER” “I ALWAYS FAIL.
YOUR WORDS MATTER. Say instead: “I WILL do better” “I AM GOOD ENOUGH” “I CAN” “FAILURE is simply LEARNING from my past”
STEP 4 - EAT HEALTHY
Your HEALTH is your WEALTH!

Positivity Patience Self-love
Self-awareness New Perspective Living life to the full!

There is always someone less fortunate that you. If you ain't giving, you ain't living! STEP 5 - BE A BLESSING Find someone in need, and give It doesn't have to be through money... bake a cake provide clothing/sheets
give flowers send a card make a phone call say sorry forgive love
