There is always a way to find what is wrong in the world, but there is always a way to find what is good.
Fear & Anger cannot live where there is gratitude. So focus on what you have to be grateful today.
Whatever you focus on you will begin to believe, and it becomes a reality. Choose gratitude, love, kindness & giving.
STEP 2 - PHYSIOLOGY What does your posture look like?
... OPEN YOUR HEART How are you breathing?
... DEEP BREATHES FOR OXYGENATION Are you smiling or are you frowning? ... SMILE! How long ago did you exercise? ... MOVE YOUR BODY! Is your face looking down or up? ... LOOK UP TO EXPAND NEW POSSIBILITIES!
Emotion is created by MOTION! If you are angry, your body shows up in a tensed state. If you are anxious, your body feels helpless. If you are happy, your body feels open, loving and embracing. The more powerful the moves your body can make through posture, exercise and breath the more internal certainty you will create in the uncertain world we all live in.
