Automating payroll to create the space to grow

This started for some with real time information (RTI), and continued with automatic enrolment, but for others, automation has long since been
images of software-driven processing with no checks and balances, and complete pay cycles happening without the interruption of the human touch. This isn’t the reality, and for good reason, should never be so. Automation is about alleviating the unnecessary tasks and using software / processes to drive efficiency.
