AIR SYSTEM SET-UP Peak Performance Starts Here
BUILD A SMARTER, MORE EFFICIENT AIR SYSTEM Compressed-air equipment drives productivity and keeps operations cost-effective, but air quality makes all the difference. Protect your investment with a complete air-treatment setup: high-performance filters to remove water and debris, plus optional regulators and lubricators to fine-tune pressure and keep downstream components running smoothly. A well-designed air system saves time, cuts costs, and ensures your machinery performs at peak efficiency.
AIR COMPRESSOR
As compressed air leaves the compressor, water vapor cools and condenses into liquid downstream
AT-4005-M 1 ⁄ 2 -inch NPT main line filter with metal bowl and manual drain – cleans air by removing water and particles
AT-4012-M 1 ⁄ 4 -inch NPT electric drain automatically removes tank moisture

AT-4007-M In-line disposable desiccant filter/ regulator in one compact unit
AT-4010-M 3 ⁄ 8 -inch NPT lubricator with polycarbonate bowl provides a precise oil mist for air tools
22-0231 Regulator lowers air pressure to a safe level for tool operation
8 -inch NPT filter/regulator with polycarbonate bowl and manual drain – clean, regulated air in a compact design
Use galvanized pipe
KEY STEPS FOR A RELIABLE AIR SYSTEM 1. Position Main-Line Filter and Regulator – Install at least 20 feet from the compressor. As air cools, moisture condenses naturally and is removed by the filter. 2. Take Line Drops from the Top – Connect workstations at the top of the main line to prevent water from entering branch lines. 3. Use Galvanized Pipe – Durable galvanized pipe helps ensure a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant air system.
Drop a 6-inch pipe to drip leg
