We COMPETE to WIN and OWN our SUCCESS

Our Culinary team represented Shangri-La in the EXPO Culinaire event held in ADNEC, Abu Dhabi which was attended by over 25 countries and more than 1000 participants.

We would like to congratulate our winners under the following categories:

Gold Medal with distinction – Ganis Kartika and Manoj Lasantha for a Wedding cake (Three Tier by Pristine) and Petites Four, Pralines by Master Baker. Gold Medal – Manoj Lasantha for Cake Decoration - Practical Class by Master Baker and Four Plates of Desserts, Powered by Ravi Fruit. Silver Medal – Yashen Udayanga for Bread Lovers & Showpiece by Master Baker.

In total, we won 5 medals.

A special shout-out to our Executive Pastry Chef Manoj Lasantha who won the BEST PASTRY CHEF AWARD, and for his guidance & support to our team during the competition.
