Road to Senior Director is our most effective event when it comes to transforming Directors 2 and Directors 3 into Senior Directors. We make a real effort to help attendees experience Melaleuca’s unique culture by sharing attendee’s success stories and celebrating their achievements. We want everyone who comes to Road to Senior to have time to reflect on their life so that they can dream about their future and, if they think it’s the right thing to do, make a life-changing decision. There were many inspiring points about this event but as usual, it was the Marketing Executive stories that stood out for me. I got to know Director 3 Kirsty Beckman and her Director 2 mum Cheryl a little during the event. They’re both night-shift workers in the health-care industry. These two women do it tough, caring for clients at work and their families at home; they give so much, they’re the unsung heroes of society. Their goal with Melaleuca is also a caring one: to become Senior Director by helping other people (and one another) succeed. The group were also introduced to Directors 3 Victor and Edith Chavula. What an endearing couple! They are fairly new migrants to Australia and they’re keen to get ahead. With kids at home taking up Edith’s time and Victor working a FIFO
There is simply no better way to start a year of success than Melaleuca’s Road to Senior Director training. This year we headed to the Mantra Resort at Twin Towns on the Gold Coast. What a venue, surrounded by world-class beaches and drenched in beautiful Queensland sunshine, it is the perfect place to learn, celebrate success, create new friendships, and relax.
