Simply put, it’s the courage to confront giants — the big, powerful forces that try to intimidate, overwhelm, or ignore those without the strength to fight back. It’s standing firm when others would fold and refusing to let injustice go unchallenged. We are advocates for our clients. Take a recent case as an example. An elderly woman was injured in a car crash and began undergoing treatment, including orthopedic care, injections, and physical therapy for her wrist and thumb. Before she ever contacted an attorney, the insurance company swooped in and made her an offer: $500. That’s right — $500, even though her medical bills were already nearing $20,000.
