Clarence-Rockland s’engage à protéger les biens publics et municipaux. Lors de sa réunion du comité plénier du 18 octobre, le conseil municipal de Clarence- Rockland a discuté d’un rapport concernant VOQSPKFUEFWJEÊPTVSWFJMMBODF&OSBJTPOEF l’augmentation des graffitis, des décharges illégales et des vols dans les parcs locaux, le département de l’application des lois municipales recommande que des caméras soient installées dans les zones à fort taux d’incidents et surveillées à distance pour aider les agents à être encore plus efficaces. Le conseil municipal a approuvé un projet pilote de caméras dans le budget d’immobi- lisations de 2021, en réservant 15 000 $ pour leur achat et leur installation. La Cité a consulté les gouvernements provinciaux concernant ses responsabilités en vertu de la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels sur la santé (LPRPS) et de la Loi sur l’accès à l’information municipale et la protection de la vie privée (LAIMPVP), qui établit les règles de collecte, d’utilisa- tion et de divulgation des renseignements personnels. Clarence-Rockland was the victim of a cybersecurity attack Monday and experts are still identifying the targets.
