IEA’s longest standing series, IEA Research for Education , continues to grow both in volumes published and in audience. In April 2024, Volume 14. Effective and Equitable Teacher Practice in Mathematics and Science Education: A Nordic Perspective Across Time and Groups of Students was launched in Reykjavik with the Ministry of Education and Children. The book launch was attended by 60 participants from 7 countries. This is the second volume in collaboration with the Nordic Council of Ministers and focuses on three key aspects of teacher practice across Nordic countries: what teachers teach, how teachers teach, and how teachers assess their students.

We are thrilled to have Nathan Burroughs present findings from Volume 15. Socioeconomic Segregation and Educational Inequality: Evidence from International Assessments at the 65th IEA General Assembly meeting. This book—available in 2024—uses IEA assessments to examine the relationship between socioeconomic segregation between classrooms and student outcomes. The LSAE Journal , continues to smash its year-on-year records in articles reviewed, published, and cited, receiving a 5-year Citation Impact Factor score of 4.2 in 2023.
