Titanic Day High Tea - April began with a commemoration of Titanic Day with a beautifully themed high tea. The kitchen team recreated dishes from the original Titanic menu, offering a taste of history that was as delicious as it was nostalgic. It was a fun and engaging afternoon, thoroughly enjoyed by all. Easter Celebrations -Titanic Day was quickly followed with a delightful Easter celebration! Our kitchen team created a variety of Easter goodies, including chocolate treats and festive snacks. Residents and staff came together to enjoy the sweet atmosphere and make warm memories. Mother’s Day Celebrations - we honoured all the amazing mothers in our community with flowers, shared stories, and a lovely afternoon tea. It was a heartfelt occasion, celebrating the love and wisdom of the wonderful women in our lives. A Double Centenarian Celebration ! We were overjoyed to celebrate two very special birthdays — a huge Happy 102nd Birthday to Hilary and Ruth! These remarkable ladies continue to inspire us all, and their milestone birthdays were marked with cake, celebrations and lots of love from everyone. Woodford Manor Turns 10 ! We’re proud to celebrate the 10th birthday of Woodford Manor Aged Care! A decade of community, care, and connection is truly something special. We hope you enjoyed the special themed festivities as much as we did. Looking ahead, we’re excited for more sunshine, new memories and great food! Head Chef Beck and the kitchen team. 13
