L eading Italian manufacturer Fondital has been developing radiators and heating systems for over 50 years. Made of 100% recycled aluminium, its range of radiators has several special features. Aluminium is a highly performing and sustainable material, which can be recycled indefinitely without losing efficiency, with great benefits for the environment. The use of a recyclable material, in fact, allows a more flexible production cycle that avoids the use of primary aluminium derived from mineral. Furthermore, compared to other materials like steel, aluminium has a high electrical and thermal conductivity, allowing optimal comfort in a shorter time. It can be used in any type of installation, as it is suitable for either high or low temperatures, as well as adaptable to any needs both in terms of heating power and space. For example, in narrow but high rooms with the need to optimise the space, Fondital offers as a
solution the Garda S/90 and Garda Dual 80 extruded aluminium radiators. The result of an intense R&D process, Garda features high performance and reduced consumption, for the benefit of the environment. It is available in various centre distances (from 900 to 2000mm) and can be assembled from a minimum of three to a maximum of six sections. With the aim to ensure aesthetics as well as performance, Fondital relies on a double-coating process. The first step - for product protection - is an anaphoretic coating that ensures greater durability even in critical conditions. The second one is carried out by spraying and guarantees the aesthetic characteristics unchanged over time. The painting process is also preceded by a preparatory phase, which includes the application of a protective layer and the removal of impurities or residues that would otherwise damage the paint.
