Service is everything GREENLINE PLUMBING SUPPLIES’ UNBEATABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EARNS A LOYAL FOLLOWING...

G reenline Plumbing Supplies’ unbeatable attention to customer service has earned their Navan and Cavan branches a loyal following from both trade and retail clients. Customer service is highly prioritised at Greenline across both its branches. All members of staff at Cavan and Navan are trained extensively on all products and are on hand to answer every customer query. Ray Purfield, Manager at Greenline Navan explained why they focus so much on service, “Plumbers like to come to our branches because we know what we’re talking about. One of our staff members is a qualified plumber; he knows exactly what plumbers are after and the type of information they need. All members of staff attend training courses every year which means that when a plumber rings us with a question, we know how to help them.” DELIVERING SERVICE Although cost is a factor when it comes to product selection, it’s not the most important one. Ray said, “As

a plumber said to me one day, it’s not all about price. There’s no point having a great price and not delivering the product for three weeks.” Ensuring deliveries get to site when the customer needs them has been critical to Greenline’s success in Navan and it’s carried on in the ethos of the Cavan branch. “A lot of our plumbers work nationwide, so the vans go wherever they’re needed. If someone needs a delivery on site at 5am or 10pm, we’ll be there. Service is everything,” said Liam Sheridan, Manager at Greenline Cavan. The company was originally born out of the idea that customer service and product quality are the two most important factors in gaining repeat business. When competitive prices are added to the service mix, the result is a company that’s dedicated to providing plumbers with unrivalled service. Conveniently located just off the N51, clients on their way to projects are able to easily collect their orders at the Cavan branch in the morning. Greenline is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am until 1pm on Saturdays.
