Summer is in full swing, and there’s no better way to enjoy it than with Friends Club! This spring, we’ve been out and about across Southeast Iowa – exploring new places, learning together, and sharing plenty of laughs. And the best part? We’re just getting started. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the June Travel Showcase! Your energy and passion for adventure are contagious. If you couldn't make it, you may notice that many of the tours only have waitlist spots. We’d love to have you join us on a future tour! This season’s calendar is packed with fun. We’re thrilled to bring back the It’s A Mystery: History Day Trip – a surprise-filled outing with local historian Michael Zahs that is always a hit. And if you’re in the mood for a scenic ride and quality dining, our All Aboard: The Best of Boone day trip on the famous Boone & Scenic Valley Railroad is the perfect getaway. All day trip details on page 20. Be sure to stop by for free sweet corn during our Customer Appreciation Day in July and August – we can’t wait to celebrate you!
