from the Caldwell yard during yesterday’s windstorm. When
strong winds pulled plastic off some openings at a Toll Brothers job, we needed OSB quickly to cover exposed windows. The Caldwell yard stepped up without hesitation. At 3:45 p.m., with a returns truck only 30 minutes away, Clinton drove over and delivered the OSB we needed. Mike coordinated everything seamlessly, ensuring the materials arrived promptly so Chris Mhire could secure the site. This kind of responsiveness and commitment makes a huge difference. Thank you to Clinton, Mike, and the entire Caldwell team for going above and beyond to keep things on track. This is what owners do! Thank you!
