SALE ORDER - Animals will sell in catalog order.
DELIVERY - Free delivery within 250 miles. Heifers must leave on sale day. FERTILITY - Performance records and final weights will be available on sale date. All bulls will be fertili - ty tested before delivery and we will develop the bulls until delivery. ANGUS GS - There are Genomic enhanced EPDs on the bulls by AngusGS. This provides parent verification as well as increased accuracy and predictability of the EPD’s. SIGHT UNSEEN BUYING - If you are unable to attend the sale, and would like us to handle your purchase, we would be glad to help you with your order. We will han- dle your selections with honesty and guarantee 100% satisfaction on all bulls. TERMS & CONDITIONS - All cattle sell under terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. Stortz Angus, respectively will retain 1/3 semen interest in the bulls. We also retain 1/3 interest in any reve- nue generated from certificates sold on these bulls. The buyer retains full possession and salvage value of their purchased bulls. Papers will be transferred free of charge, if requested on sale day. LIABILITY - All persons attending do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise, for the safety or the behavior of the animals, or any loss of property. GUARANTEE - Any bull injured within the first breed - ing season will be given credit minus salvage value towards a replacement bull or future Stortz Angus sale. Injured bulls must be diagnosed by a veterinarian or visually appraised by us. No credit will be given for treatable injuries. Please notify us as soon as possible and prior to being sold for salvage. All claims must be made by September 1, 2026. LUNCH - Lunch will be served starting at 11:30am MST on sale day.
