What is the Hispanic Wealth Project? The Hispanic Wealth Project in a nonprofit established in 2012 to advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership through strategic efforts focused on Hispanic workforce participation in housing, small business development and wealth building. Since 2014, it has published an annual State of Hispanic Wealth Report jointly with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. The report analyzes how the Hispanic community is faring in regard to building wealth, with a focus on real estate, business ownership, financial assets and asset protection.
