To qualify for the Advion Fire Ant Bait Guarantee: Make at least two applications of Advion Fire Ant Bait, one in the spring and fall at 1.5 lbs/Acre each.
Advion Fire Ant Bait Guarantee With Advion Fire Ant Bait, Syngenta guarantees you will achieve at least 90% control of active mounds within a minimum period of 3 to 7 days after the first broadcast application, and season-long control after the second broadcast application when used in accordance with the product label instructions. If not, we will replace your purchase of Advion Fire Ant Bait as described in this Guarantee. Contact your Syngenta Territory Manager or Syngenta Authorized Distributor/Retailer with questions. Advion Fire Ant Bait provides control of fire ants fast, providing total colony control in 24 to 72 hours , including the queen. With only one application, Advion Fire Ant Bait provides control of foraging worker ants within 12 to 48 hours and total colony control within 72 hours. After two applications, year-long colony control can be achieved. No other fire ant bait on the market compares to Advion Fire Ant Bait in speed of control. Guarantee Terms and Conditions To qualify for the 2023 Advion Fire Ant Bait Guarantee, purchases of Advion Fire Ant Bait must be made between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024. In the event Syngenta determines (i) you have not achieved at least 90% control after your first broadcast application, and (ii) you have complied with the terms and conditions described in the Guarantee, including following all label directions, Syngenta will replace your purchase of Advion Fire Ant Bait with additional Advion Fire Ant Bait to retreat those acres on which you did not achieve at least 90% control. For guaranteed season-long control, you must have made at least two broadcast applications, one in the spring (April-May) and the second in the fall (September) at 1.5 lbs/A per application. Syngenta will not pay for the application or other costs associated with rescue treatment. Syngenta reserves the right to investigate each product performance complaint, to verify all purchases, or modify or discontinue this Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
