In 1660 at the age of 17, I, Isaac Newton returned to T he King’s School in Grantham to complete my education. This time, I lodged with Henry Stokes, the headmaster of the school. During my teenage years, Henry Stokes was the only person who supported me to develop an inventive spirit and to pursue a future in science. He encouraged me to create and showcase a small wooden windmill, a water clock, and a sundial that reflects the correct angle and timing of daily sunlight.unlight year old Newton completed his school education.
