Spun out of Rolls-Royce with its pedigree in engineering excellence but also attracting world class inward investment this is an exciting new business with an optimistic opportunity to be a global player in the coming years. Based primarily in Manchester, with offices also in Derby and Warrington, Rolls Royce SMR is a low cost, clean energy solution designed and made in the UK, creating a modern approach to green energy by creating low-cost source of energy such as hydrogen and synthetic fuel. The new nuclear technology is set to produce low carbon power and create new jobs across the UK. They are seeking a Head of Property, who will lead the creation, development and implementation plan for the RR SMR estate strategy, working closely with shareholders and supply chain partners, and leading on all aspects of property, asset, and space management. This brand new role involves building and growing a professional team, ensuring the transition from feasibility to delivery is delivered smoothly and in line with the strategy.
