engagement and support as those attending training at a physical face-to-face venue. To consider the inclusiveness of training, and the location of our physical face-to-face courses, this was further analysed based on the location of respondents. Within the UK, there’s a notable difference between England and other UK states, with a higher percentage of respondents in Scotland, Wales and Ireland opting for some form of online delivery. See Figure 7. As such, we shall continue to offer all training courses predominately online, with face-to-face options throughout the year in major city locations. During 2021, we confirmed we’ve set a net zero target for carbon emissions, which we plan to achieve by 2035. We’ll provide updates on our progress on this through magazine articles and online at:
http://ow.ly/1r8f30skYyR. We also asked what you think we should be doing to support this goal and you confirmed, as per Figure 8. As mentioned throughout this article, we’ll continue to invest and develop our online course and event offering, and we’re moving towards giving members the choice to receive the magazine, and other publications, online instead of printed.
