BRONZE MEDALLION Must be 13 yrs or have Bronze Star
Standard First Aid with CPR-C is required for all Town of Tillsonburg Aquatic Staff.
BRONZE CROSS Must have Bronze Medallion & Emergency First
STANDARD FIRST AID WITH CPR - C Only recognized certifying agencies accepted as an equivalent certification by the Lifesaving Society are: Lifesaving Society, Canadian Red Cross, St John’s Ambulance or Canadian Ski Patrol (as outlined in the Ontario Public Pool Regulation 565/90)
LIFESAVING SOCIETY ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR Must be 14 yrs and have a current Bronze Cross
NATIONAL LIFEGUARD Must be 16 yrs by last day of course and have a current Standard First Aid with CPR-C within 2 yrs and Bronze Cross. Bronze Cross does not have to be current. Only First Aid certificates from Lifesaving Society, Canadian Red Cross, St John’s Ambulance or Canadian Ski Patrol will be accepted.
