This class is designed for any level of fitness. Class includes fun and energizing low impact aerobics, muscular conditioning exercises, ending with a relaxing stretch.

NEW

This class is designed for individuals looking to enhance their overall general fitness level. It will be also geared to those with osteopenia and mild to moderate osteoarthritis. The class will focus primarily on balance, strength, posture and core training.

Yoga practice can improve your balance, muscle tone and increase flexibility. Each class uses a variety of yoga poses, stretching principles and movements combined with breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce muscle tension and stress.
