JOB DESCRIPTION: An ideal job for a trainee accounting technician in a fast-moving, dynamic company working on all aspects of accounts with the chance to progress in their career and further their training through the company. JOB PURPOSE: To assist the Financial Director and accounts team in all financial activities relating to the accounting and administration requirements for Core Electrical Ltd Group. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sales order processing, checking documentation for accuracy, and production of sales invoicing and credit notes. • Maintenance of sales ledger including producing debtor reports and monthly statements and issuing statements in a timely manner. • Credit Control duties to ensure that debtor days remain low and that any problem accounts are flagged up early to adhere to Credit Insurance parameters. • Cash Book, record all bank receipts and lodgements, update debtor’s accounts and reconcile. • Purchase order processing, checking documentation for accuracy and authorised approval and posting of supplier invoices and credit notes. • Maintenance of purchase ledger, reconciling monthly supplier statements and resolving any disputes in a timely manner. • Preparation of creditor payment runs. • Track expenses relating to specific projects and jobs. • General ad hoc and admin duties, filing and archiving of records, updating price lists, adding information regarding new product lines or services, etc. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Trainee accounting technician (ATI) or trainee CPA is desirable or 1-year minimum experience in an accounts office • Previous experience with bookkeeping practices, specifically Sage 50 / Sage 200 is desirable. • Experience with Microsoft Office including excellent Excel skills. • Good organisational and analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. • As in most roles within a dynamic Company, a flexible approach to the job role is essential. • Fluent in written and spoken English. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT CORE DISTRIBUTION IRELAND

TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE LEINSTER REGION

At Core Distribution Ireland, part of the Core Electrical Ltd Group, we require a Technical Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. This external role is to provide the highest level of support to our customer base predominantly in the Leinster region for range of products and systems that Core Distribution supply. THE ROLE: • To advise and support Electrical Consultant Engineers, Electrical Contractors, and Electrical Wholesale Customers on the correct products and best systems to be used within any given project. • Where required to be able to prepare quotations based on the interpretation of information given within the tendering process. Offering market-leading solutions which show the USPs of our product range. • Working closely with Core Distribution’s manufacturing partners to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing structures, as well as liaising and supporting the internal Sales Team. THE REQUIREMENTS: • To have the knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings and specification information and convert this information into project solutions. • To have sales experience working within the Irish electrical market, dealing with Consultant Engineers, Electrical Contractors, and Electrical Wholesalers. • Excellent communication skills, professional email communication ability and a good telephone manner. Strong customer service skills, a confident, approachable, enthusiastic outgoing personality is a must. • The ability to work with Microsoft, Sage & CRM Applications. AutoCAD and design experience would be useful but not essential. • Technical qualification and/or experience essential. • A full clean drivers’ licence is essential as a company car is provided.
