My pain level has greatly reduced and walking has greatly improved! “For the last year (on and off) I have been at ReQuest Physical Therapy at the direction of my Rheumatologist. Initially I couldn’t walk, get into or out of bed or get out of my car and chair without pain. While the combination of exercise and guidance was helpful, most beneficial was the support and care of Penny Goldberg and her very capable team. They provided instruction, support and encouragement with empathy, friendship and lots of TLC! Their therapy enabled me to go to London and New York City. Both cities required stamina, endurance and the ability to walk and climb multiple stairs. My pain level has greatly been reduced and walking has greatly improved. I am deeply grateful to Penny and her staff, for the excellent care I received at ReQuest”. - B.R.
