Our precision-balanced rim sprockets are machined from durable solid-billet steel. They feature a raised- tooth design with a precision match to Oregon .404 chains to reduce chain stretch, and improved debris ejection with tapered side-ports. Patent-pending wear-marks indicate when to replace worn sprockets.

Shims
It may be necessary to use shims to ensure that the guide bar and harvester drive sprocket are correctly aligned.

A worn drive sprocket causes increased wear on the saw chain and the guide bar. Sprockets should therefore be checked and replaced regularly.
