This combination enables the use of an unmanned work-zone adapted ASE, where evidence of worker presence is gathered to ensure citations are issued only when relevant. Particularly helpful in states where fines are doubled in the presence of workers.
AUTOMATIC SPEED LIMIT CHANGES When workers who are wearing the Connected Worker Module are present, the work zone’s speed limit automatically changes to its predetermined lower speed limit.
