Mary D. Stone Apartments, AHF Mag Reader’s Choice Winner Mary D. Stone in Auburn, MA, was voted the winner of the Historic Rehab category and the Overall Winner in Affordable Housing Finance’s 2022 Readers’ Choice Awards. The development team led by Pennrose transformed a beloved but outdated local asset into modern affordable housing for seniors, ultimately creating 45 affordable, accessible and high quality homes.
