HOW TO CHECK IN • The ONLY event entrance is via the Old Building to Colston Hall (right), on Colston Street. Other venue doors are exits only • Check-In is positioned in-front of The Lantern which is accessed via the staircase in the lobby • Please show your printed pass at the desk . A verified pass grants you a green lanyard and a clear plastic pouch . The pass is then folded 3 times evenly to form your namebadge • Your Lanyard grants full access to all the Exhibition and entry to Keynote Speeches • • Important Delegate Notes – please read • Entry to the venue is on a strictly first come, first served basis • Keynote Speaker sessions take place in the Heineken Lounge (above main Expo) where capacity is limited to 200 seated delegates • Entry to Keynote Speaker and all free sessions is strictly on a first come basis • Once capacity has been reached or a session has started, there will be no further admissions • Access to the Heineken Lounge is via Door B - E in the New Building only.
Please note: There are two entrances to the Showcase. 1 Via the Ashton Road Entrance (close to Greville Smyth Park) 2 Via the Wedlock Road Entrance (close to Halfords)
