SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL • Degree obtained, relevant qualification and/or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.

• Experience working with a student accommodation system.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent numerical skills.

• Good time management skills, in order to handle a large volume of work with tight deadlines.

• Outstanding analytical skills.

• Experience of working to tight deadlines.

• Experience in the use of databases.

• Experience of working in Student Accommodation.

DESIRABLE • Experience in the Higher Education Sector.

• Knowledge and experience of building complex journeys on Mercury Accommodation System.

• Experience of building custom reports/communication on Mercury/RMS.
