2024 ANNUAL REPORT
Chair’s Report
Dear Supporters, Partners, and Friends,
It is with great pride and gratitude that I present this year’s Chair’s Report for the Frontwave Foundation. As we reflect on our journey, we are reminded that our purpose extends far beyond financial services — it is rooted in a shared commitment to create lasting, meaningful change in the communities we serve. Born from the long- standing legacy of Frontwave Credit Union, the Foundation was established to deepen our impact and broaden our reach. What began as a vision to be a force for good has grown into a vibrant, expanding movement dedicated to empowering lives and strengthening communities across San Diego , Riverside , and San Bernardino counties.
This year, our mission to empower and improve lives through collaboration, advocacy, and education guided every decision and fueled every initiative. Through strategic sponsorships, high-impact grants, and active volunteerism, the Frontwave Foundation stood beside those in need — not just as a supporter, but as a trusted partner in progress. In 2024, we provided $19,383.00 in funding to charitable organizations, investing in scholarships, financial education, and emergency relief to build lasting solutions.

2024 YEAR IN REVIEW: POWERED BY PURPOSE, BUILT ON COMMUNITY In 2024, the Frontwave Foundation set out to do more than just give. We set out to change lives. Through community grants, scholarships, and hands-on support, we helped fuel the dreams of students, uplift veterans and first responders, and strengthen the safety nets that support our neighbors when they need it most. Thanks to our Members, partners, and supporters, we didn’t just show up—we delivered real impact across San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
INVESTING IN FUTURES
We partnered with the Oceanside Chamber’s Rising Star Program to honor local high school seniors who go above and beyond. Each month, five standout students are celebrated, and with our support, they can now apply for scholarships up to $5,000 to pursue their college dreams.
SHOWING UP WHERE IT MATTERS MOST
From serving meals and stuffing backpacks to bringing holiday magic to local families, we didn’t just donate. We showed up. Our team volunteered at school supply drives, Veterans Day ceremonies, community cleanups, and food distributions in Oceanside, Vista, and San Diego County. Altogether, our staff and supporters gave 275 hours of their time in 2024, helping at 12 events with partners like Got Your Back San Diego, Women’s Resource Center, Shop With a Cop, and San Diego Rescue Mission. Whether it was handing out hygiene kits, wrapping gifts for children, or helping families navigate emergencies, we were there. With sleeves rolled up and hearts in the work. Because for us, giving isn’t passive. It’s personal. It means showing up, pitching in, and making sure the people we serve know this one simple truth: You’re not in this alone.
SUPPORTING THOSE WHO SERVE
We donated $2,000 to the Oceanside Police Officers’ Association to fund facility upgrades that directly support the mental and physical wellness of local officers, many of whom are veterans transitioning into new careers. Their well-being is the community's well-being. “This support shows our officers that the community is behind them— on and off duty.”

INAUGURAL FOUNDATION GOLF TOURNAMENT: A HOLE-IN-ONE FOR GOOD
Our first-ever Frontwave Foundation Charity Golf Tournament teed off on Monday, December 2, at the scenic Emerald Isle Golf Course in Oceanside—and what a day it was. From birdies to bogeys (and maybe even a few mulligans), it was a winning round for fun, connection, and community giving.
Thanks to the generosity of our golfers, sponsors, and supporters, the event—and the fundraising auction that followed—was a major success. Together, we raised $6,000 to support the Foundation’s mission. Every dollar goes right back into the communities we serve across San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties . We learned a lot, laughed even more, and are already looking ahead to an even bigger, better tournament in 2025. Mark your calendars, this tradition is just getting started.
When tickets sold out for the Country Christmas Concert at Frontwave Arena featuring 2024 CMA Best New Artist Megan Moroney, we turned our VIP suite into something even more special —a chance to give back and create a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The suite was auctioned off to benefit the Frontwave Foundation, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to support families and individuals in need. The winning bidder, Robert from Santa Maria, gifted the suite to his 11-year-old daughter, Chloe, who is Megan Moroney’s biggest fan. It was her dream night come true, and an unforgettable father-daughter memory they’ll cherish forever. VIP SUITE AUCTION: A NIGHT TO REMEMBER, A GIFT THAT GIVES BACK
Moments like these remind us what it’s all about—turning opportunity into impact and joy into generosity. Thank you to everyone who participated in the auction. You didn’t just show up, you helped lift someone up.
Looking Ahead We’re just getting started. In 2025, we’re doubling down on our commitment to helping people rise. If you have a project or nonprofit program that shares our vision for brighter futures, let’s team up.
Because around here, giving back isn’t a side project. It’s part of who we are.
