Sunrise Express Flow Yoga Join us for Sunrise Express Flow, a dynamic and invigorating class designed to kickstart your day with energy and vitality. Hatha yoga forms the foundation of this practice, focusing on powerful movements and deep breathing to enhance strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Class included with Roos membership, just scan in. Gentle Yoga Yoga focuses on flexibility, body awareness and breathing techniques, while working at your own level. It incorporates and promotes stability and balance. We will use a yoga mat to transition from seated to stand. This class ends with a ten minute relaxation. Class included with Roos membership, just scan in.
