Creative Brief

The Briefing Process

1. Requestor completes the Creative Brief form containing the details of the artwork requirements and submits this to the Marketing Department 2. The Creative Brief will be assigned to a Graphic Designer and added to the Studio Tracker

Please Note: Creative Briefs should be submitted at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the artwork deadline

3. Once your artwork is complete, the design and copy will be approved by the Creative Director and Marketing Director 4. If any production is required, the Production Executive /Graphic Designer will liaise with the Requestor to confirm the print run, quantities, and material 5. The Creative Director approves the artwork sample and the Production Executive / Graphic Designer will send the completed asset (design and sample) to the requestor for distribution

Briefing Responsibilities

• The Marketing Executive/Coordinator will brief into the Studio all instore POS for the Cafe and Boutiques, which are included on the Marketing Calendar • All brochures, catalogues and menu launches must be briefed into the studio following The Briefing Process mentioned above • If a brief is considered to be urgent or important, this must be verbally flagged to the Marketing Executive/Coordinator when submitting the Creative Brief form, so the artwork can be prioritised • For all new packaging, gourmet labels and sleeves, a Packaging Brief form and process should be completed

• Minor amendments and resizing of existing material does not require a Creative Brief

• Creative Briefs should be submitted 2 weeks prior to the artwork deadline and every effort will be made to deliver this to you as soon as possible

• Incomplete briefs with missing information will be returned to the Requestor
