This year’s sessions take it further, showing how to stream- line operations, implement best prac- tices, and develop skills that transform your business into a high-performing, profit-generating machine. ASK THE BUILDER SERIES The Ask the Builder Series will provide attendees with hands-on in- sight at classes held on member job sites throughout the metroplex. This series will bring the classroom to reality with real-world tips and tricks while avoiding common traps. Learn proper installations, new methods and quality control. Individuals seeking course certifi - cates can explore a wide variety of of- ferings to enhance their knowledge and expertise. Licensed through NAHB, the Dallas BA provides diverse courses that help builders, remodelers, trade partners, and associates gain valuable skills and stand out in a competitive industry. CERTIFICATION COURSES DBA LEADERS is a yearlong program aimed at advancing industry leaders throughout the Dallas metro- plex. Throughout the year, participants attend monthly sessions that focus on cultivating leadership traits and ap- plying their knowledge to their daily operations.
