The official call for entries is now open at McSAM-Awards.com. Final deadline for entry applica- December 2025 tions and materials is Feb. 9; however a discounted early bird entry period is offered until Jan. 15. The 2026 show will include 77 categories and two People’s Choice Awards: Community of the Year and Builder of the Year.
Awards categories will be in the areas of Professional Achievement; Marketing/Advertising; Environ- ments; Interior Merchandising; Design – Production Housing; New Construc- tion – Custom Builders; Remodeling; Home of the Year; Builder/Developer/ Remodeler of the Year; and Commu- nity of the Year. Sales Achievement Awards, which are non-judged volume-based recognitions, will be made in three dollar volume categories ranging from $5 million to over $25 million. Partnership opportunities are available starting at $1,000 for a bronze partnership and up to the exclu- sive $12,000 title partnership. Market directly to decision mak- ers including volume builder CEOs, division presidents, custom builders, remodelers, architects, brokers, build- ers, developers, interior designers and sales and marketing professionals.
