completed the sale of 211 Benigno Blvd. in Bellmawr. Mertz was the sole broker in the sale of this two-story, 40,000 s/f office building lo- cated in Interstate Business Park. The new owner, Yada Property Management , also has retained NAI Mertz as the leasing agent for the property. Mertz, along with senior vice presidents Rebec- ca Ting, SIOR , and Joseph Riggs , will comprise the team marketing the availabilities ranging from 3,003 to 23,356 s/f, which is the entire first floor.
