pletion on The Residences at 30 Court, a luxury apartment building in Morristown and have begun work on Wynd - ham Place at Ridgefield Park, bringing its rental unit count to 4,500. DMR Architects has designed residential commu- nities throughout North/New Jersey with projects including The Grande at Metro Park, a new construction project in Woodbridge, and the conver - sion of the historic Annin Flag factory in Verona into Annin Lofts. DMR teams are currently working at 80 schools, includ- ing renovation projects at 44 facilities in NYC, and new schools in Carteret, Plain- field, and Paterson in NJ. It is responsible for some of the most sophisticated advanced learning spaces in New Jersey including the Hudson County Schools of Technology, Frank J. Gargiulo Campus in Secaucus. DMR’s team has married functionality and aesthetics at public facilities throughout New Jersey and is currently working on municipal build - ing projects for Monmouth County and the municipalities of Montgomery, Ridgefield, and Red Bank. DMR’s municipal planning team, most noted for its role in Hackensack’s downtown area revitalization and plans to cre - ate first-time downtown area at East Brunswick’s Route 18 Corridor, is nowworking as the municipal planner in Dunellen and Roselle. “I’m very proud that across all our practice areas we’ve maintained our culture of collaboration despite our staff being physically separated by shelter-in-place directives,” said Lloyd Rosenberg , president and CEO of DMR Architects.
