The site is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with access to regional transpor- tation via the Garden State Pkwy. and NJ Transit Sta - tions in Union and Roselle Park, major employment cen- ters and nearby residential amenities of shopping, dining, entertainment and recreation. “We are pleased to have represented Sherwood Group Associates in this sale,” said Dunne. “The suburban loca- tion is the right place for new residential development as demographic trends show in- creasing interest from renters in places like Union that offer convenient access to employ- ers throughout the region, while also providing a high quality of life in a suburban setting.” “RMS Companies will do well with this development given their modern design with generous sized apart- ments, designer finishes and luxury amenities,” added Pride. “The timing for this development is turning out to be opportune as renters are more actively looking for high quality apartments in less dense locations.” In other news, CBRE an- nounced that Brad Megay , an Army Ranger Veteran, has joined the company’s Philadelphia-area offices. In his new role, Megay will part- ner with the multifamily capi- tal markets team comprised of Spencer Yablon, John McFadden, Robert Miller, Sam Zell, Michael Jahnle and Samantha Kupersmith . Megay graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Princeton University in 2013, where he was a four- year member of the varsity football team. After gradua- tion, he served in the United States Army for six years as an
