ORDENTOWN, NJ — Larken Associates has broken ground on The Reserve at Crosswicks, a luxury multifamily develop- ment, located at 8000 Bowery Ln. in Bordentown. Targeted for a summer 2021 completion, the project will bring 272 mar - ket rate and affordable units providing a modern, amenity- rich living experience in one of Burlington County’s most exciting communities. With a prime location along Rte. 206 and nearby the state’s capital, The Reserve at Cross- wicks will offer easy accessi- bility to major thoroughfares including I-295 and the New Jersey Tpke. Made up of seven multi-family buildings in total, The Reserve at Crosswicks will feature three four-story buildings consisting of one and two-bedroom elevatored apart - ments and four three-story buildings comprised of one and two-bedroom garden villas. The one and two-bedroom units will feature gourmet kitchens, in-unit laundry, lux- ury vinyl plank flooring, quartz kitchen and bathroom counter - tops, and stainless-steel appli- ances. For additional storage and added convenience, the development will also include nine buildings around the perimeter of the community housing private garages. Further enhancing the com- munity, on-site amenities will include a clubhouse featur - ing a business center, game room, lounge, pet salon, fully equipped fitness center and a secure mailroom with a pack- age concierge.
