Is there any negotiation on the price?
Do you pay scrap prices? We are very big on up-cycling and recycling items so, where possible, we do our best to avoid offering the scrap value of items unless this represents more value for the customer.
We like to do what is best for our customers so we always make our best offer from the get-go. However, we can sometimes look to return part of the parcel and adjust the price accordingly.

Once we value your items, we will call or text you an offer - usually within 3-5 business days of your box arriving. If you’re happy, we pay the same- day by bank transfer or post a cheque.

We wish we could, but condition, age, authenticity and other factors make a big difference. With so many great and varied vintage items out there, we really need to see items in person to fairly appraise them.
