W ith 36+ years of experience company Electro Automation (NI) was uniquely positioned to provide The Ewart Building’s new Electro Sweeper Turnstiles. The company supplied, installed and commissioned three standard width Sweeper Lanes and one DDA Sweeper Lane and more bases, engineers and support than any other local fully integrated with the OTIS lift control and access control systems within the building. A WiFi tablet provides full control of each individual lane. Electro Automation (NI) is part of the Electro Group with branches in Lisburn, Dublin, Surrey, Birmingham and Germany. The team liaised closely with the client’s project team to provide a full and tailored solution for the end user. Allowing the neat installation of access control readers hidden within the top panel, the Electro Sweeper is one of the most popular and cost effective means to create a control point. The LED lighting shows red and green to show the passage status. Commenting on the completed Ewart project, Craig said, “We are delighted to see the complete solution as visualised from the design stage, including all integrations working together seamlessly. Working with McAleer & Rushe from initial enquiry to system switch-on was very rewarding. We look forward to working together on the next project.”
