DEBRANDING FUEL ISLAND CANOPIES Most sites will include at least one fuel island canopy and any auxiliary canopies depicting the Valero or Shamrock brands. Similar variations may be present at Diamond Shamrock sites. All are subject to the same debrand requirements. Inspect all sides of each canopy and ensure that they comply with the Valero requirements outlined below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: • It is not sufficient to cover over elements of the Valero Mark with material that is affixed to the Valero element, such as with a tarp. • Embossment and 3D applications must be obliterated and cannot simply be painted. • Opaque paint recommended when painting over elements. All Valero trademarks, logos and symbols, including the Valero Brand colors must be removed.
